NLGI 2

The MULTI ROD COPPER is a copper-coloured bentone compound which contains more than 20% of micronised Copper. It provides high protection against seizing up in a wide range of temperatures and environments. It is infusible and has extreme pressure properties and is insoluble in water and solvents. This grease can be used from -15 °C to +110 °C static and -15 °C to +300 °C in slow motion. It has been specially developed for assembly and disassembly of threads exposed to high temperature.

Multi Cax H1

MULTI CAX H1 is an anhydrous calcium thickened lubricating grease based on pharmaceutical grade white oil. The grease contains antioxidants and EP/AW additives. It is registered under NSF according to H1 regulations for lubricants with incidental food contact. This product is manufactured in an ISO 21469 certified plant.

Multi Csm

MULTI CSM 2 is a calcium sulfonate complex thickened lubricating grease based on mineral oil. The grease contains antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors and molybdenum disulphide. The product does not contain conventional EP- and AW-additives since they are built in as an integral part of the soap structure. MULTI CSM 2 is a modern high-performance product especially suitable for industrial applications. The extreme load carrying capacity and the excellent water resistance make the product a perfect choice for heavily loaded applications in hot or wet and corrosive environments. The molybdenum disulphide provides extra protection in applications with slow moving or oscillating bearings. Lubricating greases with molybdenum disulphide are not suitable for rolling bearings at high speed.

Multi Csm5

MULTI CSM 5 is a high performance calcium sulfonate grease containing molybdenum disulphide (MoS2). It has been developped to meet the demanding lubrication requirements of heavy-duty equipment in construction and mining, as well as heavily loaded bearings. It offers exceptional resistance to water wash-out and corrosion.

The MULTI CSX 2 grease is a heavy-duty universal calcium sulfonate complex greases that can be used in a wide range of marine, industrial and automotive applications. They are formulated with paraffinic base oils and carefully selected additives which provide good structural stability, water resistance and effective protection against corrosion and wear. MULTI CSX 2 is specially designed to deliver outstanding performance in severe application conditions such as marine, mines, offshore and heavy-duty off-highway equipment.

Multi Em

MULTI EM 2 is a polyurea thickened lubricating grease based on mineral oil. The grease contains antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors and EP/AW additives. The ashless polyurea thickener, with its inherent oxidation resistant properties, makes the product suitable for applications within a very wide temperature range and especially at elevated temperatures. The thixotropic behavior gives the product excellent mobility, helps to seal bearings from contamination and prevents leakage. MULTI EM 2 is a high technology grease designed to give optimum performance for grease lubrication in industrial bearings.
